Here at the White Lion, we offer a great menu, changing weekly to reflect seasonal produce, served both in our bar and dedicated restaurant area. We're also famous locally for our amazing Sunday roasts!

A note from our chef Chris

"I started my chef journey on the south coast, in the seafood town of Whitstable at the age of 16. At the age of 24, I took over as Head Chef in a popular seaside gastro pub, mainly concentrating on seafood. Fast forward a few years and following a number of roles in restaurants from Brighton, to London and then Enfield, and am now living in the bustling town of Ware. As Chef at the White Lion, I can embrace my passion for delivery of high quality food and feel settled as part of the White Lion family."
